The Cybex Arc Trainer 750AT combines the skills of a skier, hiker, and climber into one rugged package. This allows users to choose from a range of targeted workout routines, including strength, power, endurance, cardio, and weight loss, for a variety of fitness levels.

Reverse Arc Motion technology
 This unique feature of the Cybex Arc Trainer 750AT promotes a full range of motion in the knees and hips to target the targeted muscles, namely the quads and glutes, and thus burn more calories in less time compared to elliptical trainers, bikes, or treadmills.

Same Side Forward (SSF) alignment
 With the SSF orientation of the Cybex Total Body Arc Trainer, the arm and leg move on the same side of the body to maintain optimal posture and avoid back fatigue.

Gliding, striding and climbing
 The Cybex Arc Trainer 750AT features a variety of incline and resistance settings for different training needs, also known as three training zones: The low position, called Glide, mimics the movements on a ski trainer; the middle position, called Stride, imitates an elliptical machine; and the high position, called Climb, mimics a stepper.

Unique program variations, including nine custom, two advanced, and eight preset programs, as well as a user-selectable heart rate control program, this cross trainer offers a wide variety of workouts to suit users with different needs and fitness goals.
